Handmade Items: Items handmade by Fetch The Swell may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused and in their original condition. Personalized or custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Partner-Fulfilled Items: Some of our products are made and shipped directly by our fulfillment partners. Return eligibility for these products may vary by item. Please contact us first so we can provide the correct return instructions for your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact Fetch The Swell before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions. Items returned without contacting us first may delay the return or refund process.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and reviewed. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed.
