On My Honor Gala For Boy Scouts
What an amazing night! I had the honor of taking part in the On My Honor Gala for Boy Scouts and standing in front of a couple hundred benefactors at this special dinner to give the invocation. I will admit, I was really nervous!
During the dress rehearsal, people helped me learn where to place my hands on the podium and reminded me not to rush while I was reading. That helped me feel more comfortable and prepared when it was time to speak.
In the end, the On My Honor Gala was a wonderful event, and I am so honored that I was asked to be a part of this special night. It is definitely an experience I will always remember. Thank you, Boy Scouts!
